Minimally invasive surgery

Minimally invasive surgery is an effective surgical method that is less intrusive than traditional surgery. Minimally invasive surgery offers effective surgical outcomes with less pain, shorter recovery times and a lower complication rate.

Robotic surgery in Broward County, Florida

Surgery doesn't have to be a difficult journey, especially if you have access to advanced expertise and technology.

We are proud to offer robotic surgery procedure options to our patients. Robotic surgical technology at HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital allows our surgeons to operate with more accuracy, flexibility and control than traditional open surgery, or laparoscopy.

Minimally invasive robotic surgery allows our surgeons to perform procedures without large incisions, using the robot's console arms to create small incisions and precisely maneuver surgical tools in the abdomen or pelvis. The surgeon manipulates the instruments in real-time through small incisions, resulting in a much less painful experience.
