Oviedo Medical Center received an "A" Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group for the sixth consecutive cycle and the 2026 Patient Safety Excellence Award™ from Healthgrades. The hospital was also recognized as a five-star recipient for exceptional clinical outcomes in hip fracture treatment, total hip replacement and sepsis care.

HCA Florida Brandon Hospital celebrated the opening of a new 70,000-square-foot medical office building across from its main campus, expanding access to outpatient specialty care and providing a dedicated home for its growing Graduate Medical Education (GME) program.
