HCA Florida Englewood Hospital earned three national awards from the American Heart Association for excellence in stroke and diabetes care, including the Stroke Gold Plus and Target: Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll recognitions. The hospital also expanded emergency services in 2025 with the opening of HCA Florida Wellen Park℠ Emergency in Venice, enhancing access to life-saving care across the region.
