To make sure your visit goes as smoothly as possible, we want to make sure you know how to prepare for travel and your procedure by following these steps:
- Schedule procedure: Contact us to schedule your procedure.
- Medical records: Bring your medical records with you to the hospital.
- Insurance: Bring your insurance information with you.
- Billing: If you do not have insurance, then please make sure to contact us in advance to have your financial arrangements settled.
- Documents: Be sure to have a valid passport and visa (if required).
- Transportation: Book air travel and other transportation needs.
- Accommodations: Book accommodations prior to your arrival.
