Mercy Hospital International Services Program is available to meet your unique healthcare needs and offers appointments for:

- Elective surgery
Collect necessary documents
- Medical records
- Photo ID
- Health insurance documents
If you do not have health insurance, we can work with you to design a self-pay package customized to best meet your needs.
As soon as your procedure is scheduled and the financial needs are satisfied, we will provide you a Letter of Confirmation.
Language translation services
If you need assistance with language translation to communicate in your preferred language, please let us know, we provide translation services.
Culture and religion
We live in a beautifully diverse world of many cultures and religions. We, as a community, welcome all of them. We are happy to accommodate your needs as they relate to religion and culture, these are essential to having a positive experience.
Daily Catholic Mass is offered in English and Spanish in our Chapel as well as televised to all our patients’ rooms.

To travel to the U.S., you will need to have a valid passport and, depending on your country of origin, you may also need a valid visa.
