Michelle Mancuso, PharmD, BCPS

Residency Program Director
Preceptor: Neonatal ICU

Michelle Mancuso, PharmD, BCPS is the NICU pharmacist at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. She is originally from Batavia, NY and earned her PharmD from the University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Following pharmacy school, Michelle completed a PGY1 Residency at Boston Medical Center. She remained at BMC for 8 years after residency as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in internal medicine, focusing in coverage of geriatrics as well as the pediatrics services (NICU, PICU, general pediatrics). During her time at BMC, she precepted both PGY1 and PGY2 residents, and served on multiple residency committees, including chairing the Resident Emotional Support Team. Michelle joined the team at Trinity Hospital in September 2021 as the NICU pharmacist, and has been the RPD since March 2022. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys trying out new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her dog, Moose.

Tyler Thompson, PharmD, MBA, CPh

Tyler Thompson, PharmD, MBA, CPh is the Director of Pharmacy at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. Originally from Bloomington, Indiana, he earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from Purdue University. Following pharmacy school, he began his career as a Clinical Pharmacist in the Intensive Care Unit at HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital before transitioning to Clinical Coordinator at HCA Florida Palms of Pasadena and eventually Director of Pharmacy at HCA Florida Palms of Pasadena. In August 2021, he transitioned to the role of Director of Pharmacy at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital, where he also serves as an Ethics & Compliance Officer and oversees multiple other departments within the hospital. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying active and playing golf.

Alexandra Flannery, PharmD, BCPS

Preceptor: Critical Care I, Critical Care II

Alexandra Flannery, PharmD, BCPS is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist and Residency Program Coordinator at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. Originally from Port Richey, Florida, she completed her undergraduate education and Doctor of Pharmacy degree at University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa, Florida. Following pharmacy school, she completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital in Trinity, Florida and subsequently achieved her Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy. In 2021, she began her career as a clinical pharmacist at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital, covering internal medicine and later critical care.

Gail Bruce, RPh

Preceptor: Pharmacy Staffing

Gail D. Bruce, RPh is the operations pharmacist at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. Originally from Marianna in the Florida panhandle, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL. Following school, Gail started her career as a staff pharmacist at Morton Plant Hospital, a 600-bed facility in Clearwater, FL. After Morton Plant later joined with other area hospitals to become the BayCare facilities, Gail became the director/manager of Morton Plant Mease Hospital, a position she held for 14 years. During this time, Gail continued to work at Largo Medical Center as a PRN staff pharmacist to keep her clinical skills honed. After retiring from Morton Plant Mease, Gail stayed on at Largo, and eventually transferred to Trinity Hospital as a staff clinical pharmacist and later became the evening operations pharmacist. Outside of work, Gail loves to travel and spend time with family. She has a son, daughter and four grandchildren, ages 9-33, and also a cat named Bella.

Piyush Dilkhush, PharmD

Preceptor: Critical Care I, Critical Care II

Piyush Dilkhush, PharmD, is an esteemed critical care pharmacist at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. Born in Surat, India, Dr. Dilkhush moved to the United States to pursue his passion for pharmacy. He graduated from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University with a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree in 2000. After completing his degree, Dr. Dilkhush pursued a Pharmacy Practice Residency at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, FL, which he completed in 2001. Following his residency, Dr. Dilkhush stayed on as a Clinical Pharmacist at Bayfront Medical Center, honing his skills and expanding his knowledge. Dr. Dilkhush has been a practicing pharmacist for over 23 years, working in various settings, including as an ER and Critical Care Pharmacist at BayCare. For the past five years, Dr. Dilkhush has worked for HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. His commitment to patient care is unwavering and he's respected by his colleagues for his attention to detail and strong work ethic. He is passionate about his work and is committed to improving the lives of his patients through excellent pharmacy care. When he's not working, Dr. Dilkhush enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He has two boys that keep him busy and loves traveling, golfing, and enjoying sports whenever he gets the chance. Dr. Dilkhush's dedication to his work and love for his family and hobbies make him an inspiration to those around him.

Roji Joykutty, BS, PharmD, CPh

Preceptor: Pharmacy Administration

Roji Joykutty, BS, Pharm D, CPh is the Pharmacy Manager at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. Originally from India, he earned Bachelors in Pharmacy from Vinayaka Missions College of Pharmacy in India. He then went on to complete his PharmD from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in Boston, MA and then his Consultant Pharmacist license from the University of Florida. Roji started his career as a pharmacist in the Middle East in 2000 and worked for four years before accepting a Pharmacy Manager position from 2004 to 2011. He then migrated to the United States in 2012 and has worked for HCA for the last eight years. He started working at HCA Florida Largo Hospital as a Clinical Pharmacist in 2015 and was promoted to the pharmacy leadership team in 2019. In 2022, Roji joined the pharmacy management team at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. In his free time, Roji enjoys playing cricket, traveling, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Yehia Morkos, RPh

Preceptor: Pharmacy Staffing

Yehia Morkos, RPh, is an operations pharmacist at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. Yehia was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Cairo University in Egypt. In 2013, Yehia moved to the United States and started his career as a retail pharmacist. Yehia joined HCA Largo hospital in 2021, worked as an operations pharmacist, and eventually transferred to Trinity Hospital as the evening operations pharmacist. In his free time, Yehia enjoys cooking, fishing and listening to music.

An Phan, PharmD

An Phan, PharmD is the clinical coordinator at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. Originally from Fort Lauderdale, FL, he earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL. He then went on to earn his doctorate in pharmacy from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy in Gainesville, FL. Following pharmacy school, An completed the PGY-1 residency program at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital in Trinity, FL. As a resident, An helped the pharmacy department initiate a pharmacy-led medication reconciliation program at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital and stayed on to serve as the program's supervisor. In his free time, An enjoys cooking, watching the NFL/NBA, and exercising. An enjoys hanging out with his friends and family by planning traveling trips or hosting get togethers. When it comes to cooking, An loves to cook Vietnamese cuisine and dishes of other cultures including Japanese, Indian and Italian.

James M. Raby III, PharmD, BCPS

Preceptor: Emergency Medicine

James M. Raby III, PharmD, BCPS is an Emergency Medicine pharmacist at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. Originally from Wesley Chapel, Florida, he completed his undergraduate and Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa, Florida. Following pharmacy school, he completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital in Trinity, Florida. In 2023, he began his career at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital as an evening operations pharmacist before transitioning into his role as an emergency medicine pharmacist. Outside of work, James enjoys mountain biking and spending time with his family.

George Sidhom, PharmD, BCPS

Preceptor: Emergency Medicine

George Sidhom, PharmD is an Emergency Medicine pharmacist at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. Originally from Cairo, Egypt, George earned his Bachelor Degree of Pharmacy (Egyptian PharmD) from Ain Shams University in 2017. He then worked at Misr Pharmacies in Egypt, and migrated to Florida in 2018. In 2019, he started his internship at Mease Countryside Hospital, and became a licensed Florida Pharmacist in 2021. George first practiced as a community pharmacist at Target pharmacy, then became an operations pharmacist at HCA Trinity hospital later that year. In 2023, George transitioned to the emergency medicine pharmacist role. In his free time, he loves hanging out with friends, playing pickle ball, fishing and traveling.

Rosed Yambao, BS, PharmD

Preceptor: Internal Medicine I, Internal Medicine III-Cardiology

Rosed Yambao , BS, PharmD is the Evening Clinical Pharmacist at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. Originally from the Philippines, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from University of Sto. Tomas in the Philippines. She then went on to complete her PharmD from Howard University in Washington D.C. Rosed started her career as a pharmacist in United Laboratories in the Philippines in the year 2000 for a year. She then worked at Bangkok Nursing Home Hospital in Thailand for 2 years. She migrated to the United States in 2003. In 2006 she worked in Virginia Hospital Center at Arlington, Va. She then transferred to a much larger hospital at Inova Fairfax Hospital still in VA in 2009. Aside from working in a hospital setting, she also worked in a retail setting at Molina Healthcare and in an Independent Retail at Preston’s Pharmacy as a PRN Pharmacist. She moved to Trinity, Florida in 2012 and started working as a Clinical Pharmacist in the year 2014 up to the present at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. In her free time, Rosed enjoys traveling, trying different cuisines, spending time with her family and afternoon naps with her dog, Roxie.

Bria Ariza, PharmD, MS MEd

Preceptor: Surgery/OR

Bria Ariza is the OR/5th floor clinical pharmacist at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. She is originally from North Caicos, Turks & Caicos Islands and relocated to Florida in 2013 to pursue pharmacy. She earned her Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences from USF in Tampa, FL. She then went on to complete her PharmD and Master of Medical Education from LECOM in Bradenton, FL. Following pharmacy school, Bria completed her PGY1 residency at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital in Trinity, FL. Post-residency, (June 2025) she continued on as a PRN clinical pharmacist for a few months at HCA FL Trinity before transitioning over to the OR/5th floor clinical pharmacist.

In her free time, Bria enjoys traveling, mastering puzzles and spending time with family.

Britney Cochrane, PharmD

Preceptor: Internal Medicine I, Internal Medicine II

Britney Cochrane, PharmD, is the internal medicine pharmacist at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. Originally from Trinity, FL, she earned both her Bachelor of Biomedical Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. Following pharmacy school, she completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital in Trinity, FL. She is excited to continue her career with the Trinity family and is working toward obtaining her Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS). In her free time, Britney enjoys spending time with friends and family, getting lost in a good book, watching reality TV, and keeping up with her beautiful (and very crazy) orange cat, Clementine.

James Flaig, PharmD

Preceptor: Transitions of Care

James Flaig, PharmD is a medication reconciliation pharmacist at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. Originally from South Florida, he earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami and his Doctor of Pharmacy from Nova Southeastern University. After pharmacy school James worked in community pharmacy, serving as Pharmacist-In-Charge and obtained his teaching certificate from the University of South Florida. He joined HCA Florida Trinity Hospital in 2023 to help launch the hospital's new Pharmacy Medication Reconciliation Program where he continues to serve as a core team member. In addition to his primary role, he provides clinical support across various areas of the pharmacy department throughout the hospital. Outside of work, James enjoys staying active through paddle boarding, scuba diving, running, and pickleball. He also enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Chenise Horton, PharmD

Chenise Horton, PharmD is the Pharmacy Operations Coordinator at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, she earned her PharmD from Florida A&M University. Following pharmacy school, Dr. Horton worked in various settings of hospital pharmacy including ICU, ER, OR, Pediatrics, Oncology, and pharmacy operations for over 18 years. Chenise joined the HCA Healthcare team in 2022 as the Pharmacy Operations Coordinator. In her free time, Chenise enjoys spending time with family.

Miranda Saporito, PharmD

Preceptor: Transitions of Care

Miranda Saporito, PharmD is the Transitions of Care Discharge Pharmacist at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. She first discovered her passion for patient care and the pharmacy profession during her eight years working at Publix Pharmacy. During that time, she simultaneously earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida, then later completed her Doctor of Pharmacy at the USF Taneja College of Pharmacy in Tampa. Following pharmacy school, Miranda completed her PGY-1 residency at BayCare's Mease Countryside Hospital in Safety Harbor, FL. Originally from Trinity, she returned to her hometown in 2024 to join HCA Florida Trinity Hospital and is excited to be giving back to the community where she grew up. Outside of work, she enjoys hot yoga, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Darryl Wanton, BS, PharmD, BCIDP

Preceptor: Infectious Disease

Darryl Wanton Jr., BS, PharmD is the Infectious Diseases pharmacist at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. Originally from Fayetteville, GA, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Mercer University in Macon, GA. He then went on to complete his PharmD from Mercer University College of Pharmacy in Atlanta, GA.

Following pharmacy school, he completed PGY1 Pharmacy residency at Piedmont Columbus Regional Midtown in Columbus, GA. He then went on to complete a PGY2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy residency with HCA Healthcare/University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in Nashville, TN. Darryl also holds a board certification in Infectious Diseases Pharmacy from the Board of Pharmacy Specialties. Post PGY2 residency, Darryl returned to Piedmont Columbus Regional Midtown where he practiced mostly in internal medicine and assisted with various antimicrobial stewardship efforts. He started at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital in September 2025. In his free time, Darryl enjoys exercising, fishing, watching anime, and spending time with his family.
