HCA Florida Sunlake Emergency, a part of HCA Florida Trinity Hospital, opened its doors on Tuesday, April 7. Located at 18810 State Road 54, at the corner of Sunlake Boulevard and State Road 54 in Lutz, this state-of-the-art, $15 million investment is now open and ready to provide around-the-clock emergency care to residents of this rapidly growing area and surrounding communities.
The emergency facility is staffed by board-certified physicians, specially trained nurses and skilled technicians, all equipped to handle a wide range of medical emergencies. The facility features:
- Private treatment rooms
- Dedicated trauma room
- On-site laboratory and imaging capabilities
- Around-the-clock security
From broken bones to stroke symptoms, the center is fully equipped to diagnosis and treat urgent and emergent conditions, including:
- Injuries, such as fractures and lacerations
- Stomach and abdominal pain
- Breathing difficulties and upper respiratory infections
- Chest pain and heart attacks
- Stroke and seizure
- And many other conditions
