Katherine McDaniel, CNM

Katherine "Katie" McDaniel is a Florida native and lives here with her husband, two children, and three dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, fishing, cooking, kayaking, and gardening.

Katie completed her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2014. Before becoming a midwife, she worked for six years as a labor and delivery nurse, in both the hospital and birth center settings. She completed her midwifery clinical training at Tampa General Hospital and graduated from Jefferson

As a midwife, I recognize the uniqueness of every one of my patients. I believe every woman should receive compassionate, supportive, high quality care. I strive to create trusting relationships with my patients, and use evidence based practice to facilitate shared decision making.

I recognize and value patient centered care, and am honored to be a care provider to women in every stage of life.
