Dr Jones graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Fl with a bachelor's degree in Biology. For his medical degree, he attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. He completed his internship and residency at Mountain Vista Medical Center, Steward Mesa Hospital, in Mesa Arizona. He stayed for his general surgery residency, becoming chief resident in his final year.
