Dr. Walsh was raised in Tampa, FL for almost his entire life. He completed the Honors Program at the University of Florida in his undergraduate training. He graduated with dual BS/BA degrees. He then received his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. Dr. Walsh went on to complete his General Surgery residency at the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta University Medical Center.
