Dr. Patel graduated from M.S. University Medical School in 1983. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Woodhull Medical Center, New York in 1988, and his fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine from Cook County Hospital, Chicago, in 1991.
