Biography
Dr. Manuel Penalver is currently the Chairman of Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine. Dr. Penalver is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Medicine, from 1977 and subsequent to that completed an obstetrics and gynecology residence program at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL.
