Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Ghaffar graduated from Khyber Medical College, Peshawar, Pakistan and completed his internship and residency at LaGuardia Hospital-Cornell University in Forest Hills, NY. While holding a private practice in Vermillion, South Dakota, he led the Department of Medicine at the Dakota Medical Center and was a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of South Dakota.
