Dr. Carlos R. Medina was born in Mayaguez, P.R. He attended and graduated with a medical degree from the Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. He trained in plastic surgery at Temple University under some of the leading innovators in cosmetic surgery.
