About Brett A Almond, MD
Biography
Dr. Almond earned his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine and served his residency at the University of Michigan. Dr. Almond also completed a fellowship in Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at the University of Florida in Gainesville. He is board certified in Vascular surgery and is a member of the Florida Vascular Society, the Society of Vascular Surgery, the American College of Surgeons, the Florida Medical Association and the Outpatient Endovascular and Intervent
Care Philosophy
My goal is to provide comprehensive care of the vascular patient offering medical management of vascular disease, as well as providing minimally invasive endovascular and complex open surgical operations. I specialize in aneurysms, peripheral arterial disease (PAD), carotid arterial disease, venous insufficiency and varicose veins as well as diabetic foot ulcers and wound care.
