Physical therapy and rehabilitation

Rehabilitation refers to the process of helping a patient recover from a serious injury or illness. Patients often have to regain strength and learn new ways of completing normal, daily activities. Physical therapy, a branch of rehabilitation, focuses on building strength and mobility after disease, injury or surgery.

Lymphedema therapy

Lymphedema is a buildup of fluid normally transported by the lymph system. This buildup can lead to swelling in parts of the body related to nearby lymph nodes. Often, lymphedema occurs after cancer treatments, like radiation or the surgical removal of lymph nodes. Our lymphedema team provides personalized techniques to reduce pain and discomfort due to lymphedema.

Our neurological rehabilitation programs are designed to help you regain lost motor function or capabilities lost as a result of a neurological injury, disease or incident. If a function has been permanently changed, we use therapies to help you adapt and regain as much independence as possible.

Orthopedic rehabilitation

We offer a full continuum of orthopedic care, which includes orthopedic rehabilitation services. With these therapeutic programs, we help you recover fully and quickly following orthopedic injuries and surgeries, such as joint and spine procedures.
