Description
Please join us for a Childbirth Education class series which will discuss your birthing options, focusing on the childbirth process in Spanish. We will include detailed explanation of labor and delivery, breathing, relaxation and comfort techniques, role of coach, hospital admission and discharge procedures. We will also discuss caring for your baby at home including bathing, feeding, clothing & safety. This class will complete with a tour of maternity suites.
