“The nurses at Mercy Hospital were fantastic throughout my delivery experience. I was definitely nervous before giving birth but we really connected with our nurse Kenia who held my hand throughout the whole process and made me feel at ease. My husband and I did research ahead of time to learn how COVID-19 has changed the hospital environment. Everyone at Mercy Hospital did a great job of explaining new protocols to us and made it very clear that any enhanced measures where for the safety of us and our babies. The team catered to us in a way that really made us feel comfortable and safe. Our nurse Kenia took care of our babies as if they were her own.”
