Caren Roach serves as chief nursing officer at HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital, a 211-bed acute care facility in Tamarac, Florida, that has delivered high-quality care to Broward County for more than 50 years.
Roach has dedicated a decade of service to HCA Healthcare, where she completed the organization’s Executive Development Program and built a reputation for collaborative, patient-centered leadership. She brings more than 20 years of health care experience, including roles as regional director of emergency services and director of critical care, oncology and children’s services.
A master Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, credentialed through the HCA Process Engineering Institute, Roach is committed to continuous improvement and clinical excellence. She holds master’s degrees in nursing, business administration and health care administration.
