Hudson, FL — HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital continues its long-standing partnership with the Battle of the Belts program, recognizing local students for promoting safe driving habits and increasing seatbelt use.
As part of the 2026 initiative, Wiregrass Ranch High School earned top honors for Most Improved Seatbelt Usage, demonstrating a strong commitment to student safety and responsible driving behavior. Hospital leaders presented school officials with a $500 award during a recognition ceremony today.
The Battle of the Belts program, coordinated in partnership with Safe Kids Pasco, encourages high school students to buckle up and helps build lifelong safety habits through education, awareness and friendly competition among schools.

Safe Kids Pasco also recognized the hospital’s ongoing partnership and impact.
