Healthgrades names HCA Florida Healthcare as home to 14 of America's Best Hospitals
HCA Florida Healthcare announced today 14 of its hospitals were named America’s 250 Best Hospitals for 2026 by Healthgrades, placing them in the top 5 percent of hospitals nationwide for overall clinical performance. HCA Florida Kendall Hospital earned a place among America’s Top 50 Hospitals, one of Healthgrades’ most distinctive accolades. Three additional hospitals ranked in the Top 100, underscoring the statewide network’s strength and consistency in patient outcomes.
As a part of America’s Best 250 Hospitals, these Florida hospitals represent the top tier of clinical performance across the country, according to Healthgrades’ outcome-based methodology:

These facilities joined 30 other HCA Healthcare facilities across the country named among America’s 250 Best, including a total of three HCA Healthcare hospitals on America’s 50 Best and 15 on America’s 100 Best Hospitals lists. In addition, HCA Florida Healthcare facilities earned more than 90 “America’s Best Specialty” awards for key service lines including Cardiovascular, Gastrointestinal, Joint Replacement and Orthopedics—further reinforcing the network’s commitment to achieving quality outcomes.
To determine America’s 250 Best Hospitals for 2026, Healthgrades evaluated patient outcomes using risk-adjusted mortality and complication rates for more than 30 of the most common conditions and procedures at approximately 4,500 hospitals nationwide.
