Danny Nix, candidate for Florida House of Representatives District 75 visited HCA Florida Englewood Hospital

Candidate Nix visited to learn about healthcare services in Charlotte and Sarasota Counties.

Today, HCA Florida Englewood Hospital welcomed Danny Nix, candidate for Florida House of Representatives District 75, to campus. He learned about the $26 million free-standing emergency center under construction in the Wellen ParkTM residential community in North Port, projected to open in early 2025. He toured the completed $10 million Emergency Department renovation with CEO Joe Rudisill. The pair talked with our colleagues about affordable housing, funding for nursing and medical schools, the growing population's healthcare needs, and other issues important to our community members.
