HCA Florida Brandon Hospital will host a groundbreaking ceremony for its newest emergency department on April 1 at 10:30am at 12910 Boyette Road in Riverview. Hospital leaders will be joined by community members and first responders to recognize the growing need for emergency services in the area.
The new ER reflects HCA Florida Brandon Hospital’s continued commitment to enhance 24/7 emergency services in southern Hillsborough County with more than a $19 million dollar investment. This project supports expanded access to care as the region grows and builds on Brandon Hospital’s legacy of serving the community since 1977.
When complete, this facility will provide full-service emergency care to the rapidly growing Lithia-FishHawk-Riverview area 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This 13,000 square foot facility will include 11 treatment spaces and be equipped with X-ray, CT imaging and lab services enabling faster diagnoses and quicker treatment.
