Dr. Felitza Lozano-Garcia grew up in McKinney, TX and completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of North Texas. After undergrad, she moved to Florida to pursue a doctorate degree at Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine. She completed a three year surgical residency at the Miami VA.
