Shelley Jaquish, a summa cum laude graduate of Florida State University, completed Medical School at the University of Florida’s College of Medicine in the top 10% of her class. After a general surgery internship at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas, Dr. Jaquish completed her Otolaryngology Head and Neck surgery residency at the University Of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
