Biography
Dr. Israel J. Mantecon is a cardiologist with over 30 years of cardiology experience. He completed his medical degree at Universidad Central Del Este in the Dominican Republic. Dr. Mantecon went on to complete his internal medicine residency at St. Elizabeth Hospital and a cardiology fellowship at Seton Hall University.
