Biography
Dr. Bhullar earned his medical degree from Kansas City University in Kansas City, Missouri. He then moved to Florida and completed a Psychiatry residency at HCA Florida Orange Park in Jacksonville. He was awarded a distinction for Humanism in Medicine upon graduation of his residency. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and American Osteopathic Association.
