About Evan M Packer, MD
Biography
Dr. Packer was born and raised in New York. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and his medical degree from the University of South Florida Health Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa. Dr. Packer thrived in the program and was elected to the prestigious medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha. Before entering private practice, Dr. Packer completed a surgery internship and a neurological surgery residency at the University of South Florida Affiliated Hos
