HCA Florida Largo Hospital fully open after hurricane repairs

Hospital fully reopened after damages sustained during Hurricane Milton.

Largo, FL  HCA Florida Largo Hospital has fully reopened after completing repairs of damages sustained during Hurricane Milton.

Largo Hospital is the only hospital in Pinellas County to offer organ transplant for heart, kidney and liver. The hospital now again provides the full spectrum of outpatient and inpatient services from 24/7 Emergency Room (ER) care for heart attack, stroke and other acute illness, to scheduled outpatient and inpatient surgery.

The hospital main campus located at 201 14th Street SW in Largo was temporarily closed on October 10, 2024 following flash flooding from Hurricane Milton.  Clinical programs, including patients and staff, were relocated to sister hospitals within HCA Healthcare and have now returned home to HCA Florida Largo Hospital.
