Be a community lifesaver. Join us for free Hands-Only CPR and Stop the Bleed Training. Learn simple, life-saving skills that can help you act confidently in an emergency. Choose from three convenient locations and times.
Community members are invited to attend a free hands-only CPR training session and/or a Stop the Bleed Training.
The training, hosted by emergency care teams from HCA Florida Healthcare, will teach participants how to respond quickly and effectively when someone experiences cardiac arrest or trauma related event. Participants will learn how to provide life-saving care until professional help arrives including:
