Healthgrades names HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital a 2026 National leader in specialty care
HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital has earned multiple national recognitions for excellence in specialty care from Healthgrades. The hospital was named one of America’s 50 Best Hospitals for Surgical Care™ for the fourth consecutive year (2023-2026) and received its fourth straight designation as one of America’s 50 Best Hospitals for Vascular Surgery, placing it among the top 5% of hospitals nationwide for both specialties. Additionally, the hospital was ranked in the top 10% nationally for Gastrointestinal Surgery, Joint Replacement, Orthopedic Surgery and Spine Surgery.
The hospital also ranked #2 in Florida for Spinal Surgery, 3 for Surgical Care, 3 for Vascular Care and 4 for Gastrointestinal Surgery, reinforcing its position as a top-tier provider of specialty care statewide.

The achievements are based on patient outcomes. As part of the 2026 hospital assessment, Healthgrades evaluated risk-adjusted mortality and complication rates for more than 30 of the most common conditions and procedures at approximately 4,500 hospitals nationwide to determine the top performers.
