Community Health Needs Assessment

Understanding our community’s health needs

At UCF Lake Nona Hospital, we are committed to the care and improvement of human life. Our Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) identifies the most pressing health issues in Orange and Osceola counties.

The CHNA helps guide our programs, partnerships, and community investments to address these needs effectively and sustainably.

2023 - 2026 Priority Health Areas:

  • Heart disease and stroke
