Mended Hearts of Osceola, Chapter 364, is a nonprofit community based organization of heart patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals and others interested in helping patients with the emotional recovery for heart disease. Monthly support meetings are sponsored by the hospital and open to members and visitors.
