HCA Florida South Shore Hospital Names Chief Financial Officer

HCA Florida South Shore Hospital welcomes Kamaria Smith-Frayer as our new Chief Financial Officer. Kamaria brings a wealth of experience, a proven track record of success, and an unwavering commitment to financial excellence in the healthcare industry.

With over 15 years experience in healthcare finance, Smith-Frayer has developed a strong expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, and operational leadership. Her most recent role as the Assistant Chief Financial Officer at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital has seen her oversee accounting functions, manage a large workforce, and collaborate with leadership to drive financial goals. Her extensive experience also includes leadership roles as Interim CFO at HCA Florida South Tampa and West Tampa Hospitals and Acting CFO for the West Florida Division's Joint Venture which showcased her ability to navigate complex financial landscapes with agility and precision. Her expertise in managing large teams, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring the fiscal health of our organization will be invaluable as she leads HCA Florida South Shore Hospital's financial strategy.
