Tracee Hendershott welcomed as new Chief Nursing Officer of HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital
Tracee comes to St. Lucie Hospital from HCA West Valley Medical Center in Caldwell, Idaho.
HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital, part of HCA Florida Healthcare, the largest healthcare system in the state, is pleased to welcome Tracee Hendershott as Chief Nursing Officer, effective May 1, 2024.
Tracee comes to St. Lucie Hospital from HCA West Valley Medical Center in Caldwell, Idaho where she served as Chief Nursing Officer for seven years.
Tracee began her healthcare career nearly 30 years ago as a staff nurse on the medical surgical unit at HCA Rose Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. She held several leadership roles there before taking over as Associate Chief Nursing Officer and eventually Chief Nursing Officer at HCA West Valley Medical Center in 2017.

Tracee holds a bachelor’s in nursing from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado, and a master’s in healthcare administration from Webster University in Denver, Colorado.
