Message from the CEO
Since opening in 1965, we have been proud to serve those in Lehigh Acres and the surrounding areas. One of our fundamental values is our commitment to the local community. In order to ensure the most positive outcomes possible, we remain steadfast in prioritizing healthcare best practices, the needs of the community and never settling in uniting the two.
We are committed to the care and improvement of human life. Our associates, physicians and hospital volunteers continuously seek ways to provide the highest quality care, including making sure the communities we serve are well informed our commitment to fostering a safe and healing environment.

Hospital history
Our hospital was built in 1965 and has been serving the community of Lehigh Acres ever since.
Our history
While the hospital was founded in 1965, our current 53-bed facility opened in 1983. With the latest equipment and a dedicated group of medical teams, our mission to deliver high-quality healthcare services was able to become more of a reality with that transition. Later, we were renamed HCA Florida Lehigh Hospital, and have continued to undergo appropriate remodeling and renovations to ensure that we are able to stay current and serve you as best we can.
