What to pack for your visit
To help ensure your hospital visit goes as smoothly as possible, we recommend packing the following items:
- Eyeglasses, dentures or hearing aids
- Forms of personal identification, such as your insurance policy cards, authorization or claim forms, social security number or driver’s license
- List of all medications you currently take, including dosage and frequency. This should be done for both prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Small amount of cash, a credit card or checkbook for deposits, co-payments or deductibles you may be required to pay upon admission
- Toothbrush, toothpaste and toiletries
Visitor hours
If you're staying at our hospital, we know that your friends and family will want to visit you. We also know that you need plenty of rest in order to get better. Therefore, in general, visitor hours are from 7:00am to 9:00pm.
