Our volunteer program
Volunteers are dedicated to providing the best possible care for patients and visitors. Though nonclinical, volunteering at our hospital can have a meaningful impact.
If you'd like to participate in our program, we provide guest ambassador and clerical services roles, as well as openings in our emergency department and waiting areas.
Criteria to become a volunteer
Being a volunteer is an important responsibility. To work with our team, you must:
- Attend orientation
- Be an adult or college student
- Commit to one three-to-four-hour shift per week
- Pass a criminal background check
For high school students interested in volunteering, we offer the VolunTEEN program in the summer.
