Meet the faculty for Brandon Hospital's Transitional Year Residency Program and learn about their experience and training.

Stephen Mester, MD
Program Director

Dr. Mester is board certified in internal medicine with subspecialty certification in Cardiovascular Diseases from The American Board of Internal Medicine. He graduated from UF College of Medicine. He completed his residency and cardiology and interventional cardiology training at USF, Tampa, Florida.

Tatiana Reynolds, MD
Family Medicine Specialist

Dr. Reynolds graduated from State Medical Institute Of Chisinau Medical School in 1998. She completed her residency training in family practice at the University of Alabama in 2005 and now works with allied internal medicine at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital.

She is faculty for the internal medicine residency program as well as core faculty for the transitional year residency program. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, skiing and watching the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Kate Davis, MD
Anesthesiologist

Dr. Davis graduated from medical school at the University of Maryland in 2002. She then completed her residency in anesthesiology at the University of Maryland in 2006. She now works with Greater Florida Anesthesiologists, LLC at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital and became core faculty for the Transitional Year Residency Program in July 2020.

Dudith Pierre-Victor, PhD, MPH
West Florida Research Director

Dudith (Didi) Pierre-Victor is the director of research in the HCA Healthcare USF Morsani College of Medicine GME Programs. Dr. Pierre-Victor earned an MPH in epidemiology and a PhD in public health with a concentration in epidemiology.

Prior to joining HCA Healthcare, Dr. Pierre-Victor completed the prestigious Cancer Prevention Fellowship Program at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) in the NCI’s Community Oncology Research Program which encompasses over 1,000 research sites and 3,500 oncologists. She combines her epidemiology expertise and her health services experience to design and implement research that incorporates quantitative and qualitative methods for the investigation of a broad range of factors contributing to health disparities.

Dr. Pierre-Victor is a talented cancer epidemiologist with experience managing and analyzing national health surveys, cancer registries, and clinical trial data. She is experienced in designing and executing quantitative and qualitative research projects. Her research interests include the impact of comorbidities on cancer treatment and outcomes, PCP-oncologist collaboration, patient-provider relations and health disparities.

Kate Davis, MD

Dr. Davis graduated from medical school at the University of Maryland. She completed her residency in anesthesiology at the University of Maryland. She now works with Greater Florida Anesthesiologists, LLC at BRH and became core faculty for the transitional year program in July 2020.

Tatiana Reynolds, MD

Diana Glaros, DO

Dr. Glaros graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed her residency training in internal medicine at Largo Medical Center. Dr. Glaros currently works with Allied Internal Medicine at BRH and became core faculty for the transitional year program in May 2021.
