HCA Florida Palms West Hospital appoints ACNO
Jennifer Weaver joins Palms West Hospital, effective October 23.
Loxahatchee, Fla.— HCA Florida Palms West Hospital has appointed Jennifer Weaver, DNP, RN, NE-BC, BCRN, as its assistant chief nursing officer (ACNO), effective October 23, 2023.
Weaver comes to Palms West Hospital after serving as the ACNO for HCA Florida JFK Hospital, where she provided clinical and operational oversight for a 516-bed facility with an inpatient rehabilitation unit.
Jennifer has been with HCA Healthcare since 2007, where she started her career at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville, Fla., and later served as a nursing director and manager of neuroscience.
She has a doctorate of nursing practice, a master's of science in nursing education, and a bachelor of science in nursing. She is also certified in Executive Nursing Practice and (CENP) and is an Advance Nurse Executive.
